(1) Before the commencement of this regulation, if someone has kept a radio device without obtaining a license, such person shall obtain a license according to rule 3 within thirty five days from the date of commencement of this regulation.
(2) The license of radio equipment taken before the commencement of this regulation shall be deemed to have been taken in accordance with this regulation after the commencement of this regulation.
